Inside Sales Representative – RFQs, Quotations & Sales Orders

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will support commercial activities for the Corrosion Control portfolio, focusing on Coating and GRE Liner solutions. You will review customer RFQs, prepare competitive proposals, and guide opportunities through to order while delivering high‑level customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Review RFQs and tender requirements to understand commercial and technical needs.
• Prepare accurate, complete, and competitively priced proposals and quotations.
• Ensure all submissions comply with customer requirements, NOV commercial standards, pricing guidelines, and terms.
• Coordinate and track RFQs, quotations, sales orders, and customer requests throughout the sales cycle.
• Act as liaison between customers, Sales, Business Development, Operations, Finance and other internal teams.
• Support conversion of opportunities into orders and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain sales records, pricing data, opportunity status and documentation in CRM systems.
• Assist with sales forecasting, backlog management, order tracking and KPI reporting.
• Participate in pricing reviews, credit checks and accounts receivable follow‑up.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Inside Sales and proposal processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or college degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support or Commercial roles, preferably in oil & gas or industrial services.
• Proven experience reviewing RFQs and preparing accurate quotations and proposals.
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple RFQs, quotations and orders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and commercial awareness.
