Insights Manager

About the role

The Insights Manager will turn data into actionable knowledge that empowers Emirates NBD to make data‑driven decisions. Working within the Data Analytics unit, you will partner with business stakeholders across the bank to understand their data needs and deliver clear, visualised insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to capture data requirements and translate them into analytical queries.
• Extract, clean and transform data from multiple sources using SQL and other manipulation tools.
• Apply statistical and data‑mining techniques to uncover trends, patterns and anomalies.
• Design, build and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations that communicate data stories effectively.
• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Present complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of data translators, setting objectives and providing coaching.
• Drive continuous improvement of the team’s data‑translation capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small analytical team.
