Instagram + TikTok Specialist

About the role

RemotePass is looking for a creative Instagram + TikTok Specialist to build and grow its presence on both platforms from the ground up. This fully remote position puts you in front of the camera, turning trends into engaging short‑form videos that showcase the brand’s personality.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and scale Instagram and TikTok accounts, defining strategy together with the Social & Content lead.
• Film, edit (with in‑house designer support), and appear on camera for native short‑form content such as street interviews, trend‑jacks, and behind‑the‑scenes clips.
• Stay on top of platform trends, sounds, and formats, and translate them into actionable content ideas.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to source footage and create cohesive stories.
• Develop static post concepts and brief the design team.
• Support quick LinkedIn updates for events and announcements.
• Track performance metrics and iterate content based on data.
• Represent RemotePass as the brand’s on‑camera face during its expansion.

Required profile

• At least 24 months of experience creating content for Instagram and/or TikTok.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and storytelling in a remote‑first environment.
• Resourceful, persuasive, and highly motivated to experiment with new formats.
• Strong ability to work independently while coordinating with global teams.
