Institutional Sales and Web3 Partnerships Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior manager/associate director to drive demand and distribution for tokenised real‑world asset investment products. The role spans traditional institutional channels across the GCC and emerging Web3 distribution networks.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of GCC investors and Web3 partners, originating conversations with family offices, private banks, digital asset managers, exchanges and custodians.
• Support the distribution of upcoming funds and a broader tokenised RWA product suite, converting introductions into diligence, term‑sheets, subscriptions or partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and structuring teams on investor materials, product positioning and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, reporting pipeline status, conversion probabilities and weekly updates.
• Provide market feedback on ticket sizes, investor appetite, fee structures and Sharia compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in institutional sales, business development, investor relations, capital raising, private banking, wealth management, fintech or digital assets.
• Proven track record of capital raising, AUM growth, revenue generation or partnership conversion.
• Strong existing relationships with GCC family offices, HNWIs, Islamic investors, or Web3 distribution channels.
• Familiarity with tokenisation, digital asset custody, exchanges, OTC liquidity or regulated environments such as ADGM, DIFC, DFSA, FSRA or VARA.
