Executive – Retail Sales

About the role

The Executive – Retail Sales will drive the end‑to‑end vehicle sales process for AG Motors in Dubai, ensuring each customer enjoys a seamless, professional experience from enquiry to delivery. You will record and manage leads in the dealer management system, support the line manager in maximizing profitability, and uphold all company, legal and HSSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Record and follow up every customer enquiry in the dealer management system, ensuring proactive communication.
• Guide customers through the purchase process, including finance, trade‑in and vehicle registration, complying with Emirate regulations.
• Verify cleared funds and finance approvals before vehicle release, adhering to internal sales procedures.
• Maintain showroom standards, display, and presentation to support sales operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and secure handling of cash, finance documents and vehicle assets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience in automotive or car sales with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Demonstrated negotiating skills for finance and trade‑in deals.
• Ability to solve complex problems and handle challenging situations independently.
• Culturally aware and able to deliver a professional customer experience in a multicultural environment.
