Institutional Sales & Asset Management Manager

About the role

This position supports a leading UAE bank's Institutional Sales & Asset Management team in Dubai. You will work closely with Relationship Managers to present the full suite of investment solutions to the bank’s existing institutional clients, providing deep technical insight across multiple asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Managers to discuss equities, fixed income, real estate, private credit and other investment solutions.
• Act as the investment expert for existing corporate clients, helping them navigate options and deepen relationships.
• Deliver product‑focused conversations with genuine technical depth across asset classes.
• Support the development of new institutional franchise initiatives.
• Collaborate within a small, close‑knit team to build and refine the offering.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in private banking or asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong investment background with the ability to hold technical product conversations.
• Understanding of the UAE market and client culture.
• Collaborative team player with an open, flexible mindset.
