Senior Consultant – Management & Accounting Advisory

About the role

The Senior Consultant role is a part‑time hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will lead and deliver management consultancy and business advisory engagements, covering diagnostic reviews, process improvements and performance optimisation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational data, prepare management reports and develop actionable recommendations.
• Present findings to client leadership and support accounting, bookkeeping and tax compliance oversight.
• Design, document and implement efficient business processes and internal controls.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to expanding service offerings and client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; professional qualifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, professional services or corporate finance, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong management consultancy skills including diagnostic analysis, problem‑solving and strategy formulation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting and financial management software.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet modelling.
• Use of data analytics tools for reporting and insights.
