Integrated Service Management Analyst – UAE National

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies and support the Integrated Management System across GCC factories and MENA logistics. You will ensure alignment with corporate governance, standards, and audit requirements while driving document control and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) for factories and logistics sites.
• Manage the full lifecycle of normative documents, including review, approval, publication, distribution, archiving and version control.
• Monitor document review cycles, ensure timely updates and communicate revisions to stakeholders.
• Support compliance with SOX controls, certifications and management‑system standards through reporting and follow‑up.
• Prepare for internal and external audits, handle auditor requests and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Track contract validity and renewal dates for logistics providers and warehouses, maintaining proper documentation for governance.
• Assist with insurance submissions, contract governance activities and financial integrity controls.
• Coordinate training and awareness initiatives on compliance, governance and document control.
• Produce reports, dashboards and presentations for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technical, Natural Sciences or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• 1‑2 years of experience in integrated management systems, compliance, internal controls, governance, quality systems, audit coordination or business process management.
• Experience with ISO‑based management systems, SOX controls or document management processes is preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or FMCG environments is advantageous.
