Intensive Care Consultant

About the role

Talentspoc is looking for an experienced Intensive Care Consultant to lead the ICU team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide expert medical care to critically ill patients, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high‑quality, compassionate treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert medical care to ICU patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, adjusting interventions based on regular assessments.
• Mentor junior medical staff and foster a learning environment.
• Communicate updates and support to patients’ families.
• Participate in research and quality‑improvement projects to enhance ICU services.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid medical license.
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or a related specialty.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in intensive care settings.
• Strong leadership, clinical decision‑making, and communication abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
