Interaction Designer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Interaction Designer to join Mintlayer. You will create engaging, usable interactions for our products and identify flaws and improvement opportunities during testing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive experiences throughout the product development cycle.
• Identify usability issues and propose enhancements during product testing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design consistency.
• Conduct UX research and make data‑informed design decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interaction Designer or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and design principles.
• Proficiency with interaction‑design software.
• Solid graphic‑design knowledge, including sketching, colour theory, texture, and visual presentation.
• Experience working with product design systems.
• Ability to conduct UX research and apply data‑driven insights.
