Interim Legal Consultant – Real Estate (7+ PQE) – UAE

About the role

Peerpoint is seeking an experienced real‑estate lawyer to join its network of self‑directed consultants on a 6‑month (or up to 3‑month) assignment in the United Arab Emirates. The role is fully remote, with occasional on‑site work in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, and offers the chance to advise leading investors, energy suppliers and property developers on complex real‑estate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on real‑estate planning, development projects and property acquisitions/disposals.
• Review and negotiate land leases, corridor licences, utility and construction agreements.
• Support corporate transactions, financing structures and joint‑venture arrangements involving real‑estate assets.
• Conduct title searches, landlord‑tenant matters and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to deliver timely, commercially‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years post‑qualification experience in commercial real‑estate law, preferably at a top‑tier firm.
• Recent in‑house experience in the Middle East is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Arabic and a practising certificate that permits work in the UAE.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage a consultancy career and professional development independently.
