Internal Auditor

About the role

Our client is seeking an Internal Auditor based in Dubai to strengthen internal controls, improve business processes, and support governance across the organisation. You will work closely with various business functions to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across different business units.
• Identify process improvements and assess associated risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate business processes and strengthen control mechanisms.
• Provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of internal audit experience.
• Mandatory FMCG sector experience.
• Strong background in conducting internal audits and evaluating business processes.
• Good understanding of internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional qualifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CPA are highly preferred.
