About the role

Join Siemens Energy’s Gas Services division as an Internal Communication Specialist. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape leadership messages, translate complex technical topics into clear narratives, and support transformation initiatives across an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive communications for Gas Services, ensuring clear, impactful messaging for senior stakeholders.
• Structure and refine strategic, operational, and transformation‑related content and storylines.
• Translate complex technical subjects into concise, audience‑specific messages with a focus on tone and impact.
• Independently manage communication projects, collaborating with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to internal communication channels, storytelling formats, and change‑management initiatives.
• Work within diverse, global teams to challenge and improve communication outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Strong writing, structuring, and storytelling abilities.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders in an international, diverse environment.
• Structured, independent, reliable work style with strong ownership.
• Curiosity and quick learning ability to adapt communication to new topics and audiences.
