About the role

The International Fertilizers Sales role focuses on expanding market presence and driving sales for fertilizers across the Americas region. You will work within a leading agro‑chemical manufacturing organisation to develop new business and strengthen existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fertilizers market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in international markets.

Required profile

• Strong background in sales, preferably within the agri‑chemicals sector.
• Good knowledge of fertilizers and their market applications.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable strategies.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
