About the role

RNZ Group, a global agri‑inputs company based in the UAE, is seeking an International Fertilizers Trader to develop and execute a sales strategy for its customized NPKs, sulphur‑based products and sustainable biostimulants. The role focuses on strategic enterprise customers, driving revenue and profit across assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a profitable growth strategy for current and potential customers, including short‑ and long‑term plans.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for strategic enterprise accounts, delivering revenue targets and outstanding customer service.
• Execute the sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Understand customer business strategies and decision‑making processes to negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal RNZ teams to provide optimal product and technical expertise to enterprise accounts.
• Represent RNZ at regional and national trade shows, enhancing the company’s image.
• Make independent decisions or seek guidance when necessary.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing or International Trade from a reputable institute.
• 5‑8 years of experience selling manufactured and traded chemicals, preferably fertilizers.
• Proven track record of growing market share and achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities, with experience in prospecting, quoting, and negotiating large contracts and long‑term agreements.
