International Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Tax Manager to lead complex tax planning, compliance and advisory activities across multiple offshore and on‑shore jurisdictions. The role is based in Dubai and will support a leading professional services organization serving family offices, investment groups and multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax planning, compliance and advisory across international and offshore jurisdictions.
• Provide expert guidance on corporate structures, holding companies, trusts, funds and cross‑border transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, economic substance requirements and reporting obligations.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors, regulators and service providers.
• Support business expansion, M&A and restructuring initiatives from a tax perspective.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes affecting offshore structures and international operations.
• Advise senior leadership on tax risks, opportunities and optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related field.
• Professional qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent).
• 7+ years of taxation experience with a focus on Isle of Man and/or Cayman Islands jurisdictions.
• Experience in professional services firms, family offices, investment groups, financial services or multinational organisations.
• Strong knowledge of international tax, corporate structuring, economic substance regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
