About the role

Join Aertssen Machinery Services for a structured internship program in the UAE, offering hands‑on experience across several disciplines such as Earthmoving, Fleet Maintenance, HSE, Finance, Quantity Surveying & Operations, and Human Resources.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations, projects and initiatives within your assigned department.
• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of technical, financial or administrative activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders and partners across the organisation.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
• Gain exposure to an international working environment in the Middle East.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, HSE, Finance, Business Administration, HR, Logistics, Supply Chain).
• Strong interest in working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to take initiative.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Flexible to work from the Abu Dhabi office.
