Inventory And Audit Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & Audit Assistant to join Medon Pharmacy’s Inventory Control team in Sharjah. The role involves conducting physical stock counts, verifying inventory records, and reporting discrepancies across pharmacy branches throughout the UAE. Frequent travel to different locations is required.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical stock counts and inventory audits at Medon Pharmacy branches across the UAE.
• Verify counted stock against system records and identify shortages or excess quantities.
• Prepare accurate stock count and audit reports for the Inventory Controller.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and warehouse teams to resolve stock discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Travel to various branch locations as needed to support inventory control activities.

Required profile

• Minimum Plus Two / Higher Secondary qualification.
• Previous experience in inventory control, stock auditing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of stock counting procedures and inventory systems.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to travel across the UAE, and ability to work independently or in a team.
