Inventory Coordinator – Operations & Procurement

About the role

The Inventory Coordinator at Miral Experiences supports the inventory management team by ensuring accurate stock tracking, handling procurement processes, and providing administrative assistance. The role maintains key systems such as Kronos for attendance, manages confidential personnel records, and assists with onboarding and training to keep the department running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Track attendance, overtime and leave using Kronos and submit data for payroll processing.
• Maintain confidential personnel files, including contracts, appraisals and performance reviews.
• Raise and process Purchase Requisitions, liaise with Procurement and ensure timely PO closure.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, departmental meetings and events, and manage office supplies.
• Provide director‑level support by preparing reports, presentations and organizing documents.
• Perform spot checks, cycle counts and inter‑site requisition management using Eatec and Maximo.
• Create and manage retail and F&B item codes to streamline inventory tracking.
• Reconcile import documents for VAT claims and prepare audit‑ready documentation for Finance.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Inventory Coordinator in an FMCG or similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management techniques, stock control and reorder processes.
• Proficiency with inventory software such as Oracle, Eatec and Maximo, and experience using ERP systems.
• Experience with the Kronos attendance system and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate across Finance, Procurement and Warehouse teams.
