Inventory Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Manager to own end‑to‑end inventory across all brands, warehouses and sales channels for a fast‑growing international fashion group based in Dubai. The role is hands‑on, data‑driven and sits at the intersection of 3PL partners, the ERP system and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for inventory across all brands, distribution centres and channels.
• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and each warehouse WMS, investigate and resolve variances.
• Design and enforce cycle‑count and stock‑take programmes, including high‑value and high‑risk SKU focus.
• Govern inventory adjustments, approvals, thresholds and maintain a full audit trail.
• Drive Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) and shrinkage KPIs, escalating under‑performance of 3PL partners.
• Support internal and external audits and year‑end stock valuation together with Finance.
• Maintain master data quality – SKU structure, barcodes, dimensions, HS codes, cost and price fields – and run continuous data‑cleansing programmes.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in inventory management, preferably within fashion or retail.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven ability to work with 3PL warehouse networks and WMS platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
