Investment & Corporate Solutions Analyst

About the role

The Analyst Investment & Corporate Solutions will support the Investment & Corporate Solutions Manager during the due‑diligence phase of potential mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector. The role provides accurate and insightful information to aid senior management decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Source and analyse data on target companies, including financial statements, market share, growth indicators and organisational structure.
• Coordinate and attend meetings between ADNOC Distribution and target companies, ensuring smooth information exchange.
• Prepare reports, presentation materials and meeting documentation for senior management.
• Assist in project management of M&A initiatives, tracking timelines, budgets and stakeholder deliverables.
• Support the due‑diligence process by sourcing external advisors and reviewing due‑diligence materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow corporate M&A guidelines.
