iOS Developer (Part‑time, Mid‑level)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled iOS Developer to join our Information Technology team in Dubai on a part‑time basis. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining native iOS applications for iPhone and iPad.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship new features using Objective‑C and Swift within Xcode.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, bugs and memory/thread issues.
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality and robustness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, attend online meetings and provide technical reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or IT and an active Apple ID.
• Minimum 2 years of professional iOS development experience, with strong communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work remotely and independently while meeting project deadlines.

Required skills

• Objective‑C, Swift, Xcode, iOS SDK, JSON, RESTful APIs, cloud messaging and push‑notification APIs.
• Experience with Git or Bitbucket, app store publishing, certificates and provisioning profiles.
• Knowledge of UI/UX standards, system architecture, benchmarking and optimization.
