About the role
WESGREEN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL in Sharjah is seeking an enthusiastic Islamic A&B Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will help create an engaging and inspiring learning environment for secondary‑level students.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the Islamic A&B curriculum and related activities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that motivates students.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of teaching experience at secondary level.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Valid teacher‑qualifying certification.
- Native Arabic speaker with very good written and spoken English.
- Holder of a sponsor visa is preferred.
- MOE TLS license is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong commitment to teaching and learning with solid subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom.
- Proficient use of IT tools to support instruction.
