IT Administrator – Hotel Technology Support

About the role

The IT Administrator will ensure the reliable, secure and efficient operation of the hotel’s technology environment. You will provide day‑to‑day technical support to hotel staff and maintain critical guest‑facing systems in line with Marriott standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level support for hardware, software, applications, network connectivity, printing and mobile devices.
• Maintain and troubleshoot core hotel platforms such as PMS, POS, Microsoft 365, telephony, IPTV/digital signage and access‑control systems.
• Assist with server, virtualization, storage, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, network switches and backup infrastructure, including monitoring and incident resolution.
• Support Active Directory user accounts, security groups and periodic access reviews.
• Participate in cybersecurity activities, including endpoint protection, patching, vulnerability remediation, security assessments and compliance audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration or infrastructure support, preferably in a 24/7 hospitality environment.
