IT Engineer – End‑User Support & Device Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to provide hands‑on technical support, manage end‑user devices and ensure reliable IT services across our construction business. You will work closely with site staff and management to keep technology running smoothly and enable teams to focus on delivering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate and proactive assistance for IT issues related to devices, connectivity and applications, minimizing downtime.
• Manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and collaboration tools, ensuring they are updated and ready for use.
• Maintain video‑conferencing, presentation and meeting‑room technology to avoid disruptions during critical meetings.
• Ensure secure and reliable access to systems for staff working on‑site and remotely.
• Handle company data in accordance with security policies and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑user IT support within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse users and site management.
