IT Engineer – Manage Infrastructure & Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Engineer to oversee and maintain our company’s technology landscape across the head office and multiple project sites. You will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations, supporting both office staff and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, routers, switches and firewalls.
• Set up and maintain IT infrastructure for new project locations.
• Administer Microsoft 365, email systems and user accounts.
• Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance and access‑control systems.
• Monitor data backup, cybersecurity measures and overall system performance.
• Keep an up‑to‑date IT asset inventory and coordinate vendor support and procurement.
• Provide timely IT support to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience, preferably in fit‑out, construction or engineering environments.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and organisational abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
