IT Executive

About the role

The IT Executive will provide day‑to‑day technology support for a luxury hospitality destination in Abu Dhabi. Working across all hotel departments, you will ensure that hardware, software, networks and business applications run smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑level technical support to staff in Security, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, Finance and other areas.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, telephones and scanners.
• Support network infrastructure, internet connectivity, Wi‑Fi, servers and user accounts.
• Administer email accounts, access permissions, shared drives and communication platforms.
• Assist with business‑critical systems such as finance, procurement, inventory, reservations, point‑of‑sale, access control and security monitoring.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and technology partners when specialist assistance is required.
• Monitor system performance, backups, equipment availability and maintain accurate support records.
• Manage IT assets, software licences, warranties and replacement planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing IT support in a multi‑departmental environment, preferably within hospitality or similar service sectors.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to respond quickly to support requests.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff at all levels.

Required skills

• Hardware installation and troubleshooting (PCs, printers, mobile devices, telephones, scanners).
• Network and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Server and user‑account administration.
• Email and access‑permission management.
• Support of business applications (finance, procurement, inventory, POS, reservations).
• IT asset and software‑licence management.
