IT Infrastructure and Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to manage and enhance the IT environment for our Dubai office, supporting around 100 employees. The role combines hands‑on technical support, network administration, hardware lifecycle management and collaboration with our headquarters IT team and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for hardware, software, OS and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows and macOS workstations, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Set up and de‑provision employee equipment during onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN and enterprise Wi‑Fi (Ubiquiti, Aruba, TP‑Link).
• Ensure reliable internet connectivity, manage Etisalat Corporate Internet services and basic VoIP/SIP telephony.
• Administer local servers, NAS storage and shared resources.
• Support access control systems (card readers, turnstiles, biometric devices) and coordinate with vendors.
• Collaborate with headquarters IT to apply global standards and security policies.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience supporting a mixed Windows/macOS environment.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with local and remote teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑focused attitude.
