IT Infrastructure, Cloud and Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

The Manager – Network, Cloud and Cybersecurity leads NAFFCO’s enterprise network, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. The role ensures IT systems are secure, resilient, scalable and aligned with business requirements across offices, factories and data centres.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, routing, switching and firewall solutions to guarantee availability, performance and security.
• Develop and execute cloud strategies on Microsoft Azure, AWS and GCP, including migration, networking, virtual machines, storage, backup, disaster‑recovery and cost optimisation.
• Lead the Security Operations Centre and Managed Security Service Provider, overseeing SIEM, endpoint protection, threat monitoring, vulnerability assessments and incident response.
• Establish identity and access‑management processes using Active Directory, Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, SSO and MFA, and enforce role‑based and privileged‑access controls.
• Maintain IT security policies, support ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and NIST compliance, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Drive network, cloud and cybersecurity transformation projects, managing vendors, budgets and service‑level agreements.
