IT Infrastructure & Operations Analyst

About the role

The IT Infrastructure & Operations Analyst ensures the reliability, security, and performance of Amana Healthcare’s IT environment. You will analyze infrastructure needs, troubleshoot incidents, and support business operations with efficient technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure‑related incidents and service requests.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Manage user access, security controls, and compliance requirements.
• Perform system backups, disaster‑recovery testing, and business‑continuity planning.
• Coordinate upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
• Work with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and diagrams.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing and switching.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
