IT Intern – Dubai, UAE

About the role

Everllence is seeking an IT Intern to support its UAE operations. You will work closely with the local IT team, gaining hands‑on experience in end‑user support, asset management, infrastructure tasks and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Configure, test and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Assist end users with Microsoft 365 applications and remote assistance.
• Coordinate with central IT and service‑desk teams to resolve escalated incidents.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees and maintain accurate asset inventory.
• Help develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and documentation.
• Liaise with external vendors and ISPs for support activities.
• Participate in network, information‑security and infrastructure improvement projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server and networking fundamentals.
• Understanding of IT security concepts and familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
