IT Manager – Infrastructure & Systems

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on IT Manager to design, implement and maintain the full IT infrastructure for our new Dubai office. The role combines technical leadership with day‑to‑day support, ensuring all systems run reliably for an architecture‑focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage the complete IT infrastructure for the Dubai office.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, servers, networking equipment, Wi‑Fi, printers, scanners and related hardware.
• Manage network connectivity, switches, routers, firewalls and internet services.
• Administer email platforms, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and user accounts.
• Oversee ERP and business‑management software licensing, configuration and maintenance.
• Support design‑team applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Implement antivirus, endpoint protection, firewalls and overall cybersecurity measures.
• Establish data backup, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity procedures.
• Maintain shared drives, cloud storage, access permissions and data security.
• Install and support meeting‑room technology, video‑conferencing systems and digital displays.
• Provide first‑line technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, licences, warranties and maintenance contracts.
• Develop and enforce IT policies on security, passwords, backups and acceptable use.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT management or infrastructure experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Prior hands‑on experience setting up office IT environments in Dubai.
• Experience supporting architecture, engineering or construction‑related software.
