IT & Network Support Engineer

About the role

Styli Marketplace is seeking a proactive IT & Network Support Engineer to join its Dubai office. You will be the first point of contact for end‑user technology needs and the hands‑on owner of the office’s IT and network infrastructure, ensuring productivity, connectivity, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS devices.
• Manage the IT ticketing queue, logging, prioritising and resolving requests within SLA.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including device provisioning and account setup.
• Maintain office IT assets such as workstations, printers, AV equipment and shared peripherals.
• Administer on‑premise infrastructure including local servers, NAS, UPS and endpoint management tools.
• Ensure endpoint security through patching, antivirus/EDR, disk encryption and MDM.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs) and manage LAN/WAN, VLANs and internet links.
• Coordinate meeting‑room and collaboration technology for seamless video‑conferencing experiences.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
• Service‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
