IT Onsite Support Technician

About the role

AVI‑SPL is seeking an On‑Site IT Support Technician to deliver 1st and 2nd line support in a modern, Intune‑managed corporate environment. The role combines traditional desktop support with responsibility for Microsoft Teams Rooms and other AV collaboration technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on 1st and 2nd line support for Windows 10/11 laptops, desktops, mobile devices and meeting‑room PCs.
• Enroll, configure and manage devices through Microsoft Intune and the Company Portal, including application deployment and compliance troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Exchange.
• Maintain Active Directory/Entra ID accounts, resolve authentication, MFA and access issues.
• Diagnose and resolve AV and collaboration system problems in meeting rooms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Biamp, Cisco, Poly, Dante, etc.).
• Document incidents, service requests and asset information in the client’s service‑desk platform.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or blended IT/AV workplace technology roles.
• Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment, preferably a law firm or legal services organisation.
• Strong client‑facing attitude with the ability to support senior stakeholders and handle urgent issues during meetings.
