IT Operations Expert

About the role

DEOW International is hiring an experienced IT Operations Expert to manage its IT infrastructure, systems administration, network operations, and technical support across the organization. The role involves overseeing daily IT operations, maintaining servers and networks, supporting CCTV infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring secure and reliable IT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems.
• Administer software applications and ensure system availability.
• Monitor and support CCTV systems and related IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide website support and maintain business IT systems.
• Deliver daily technical support to employees.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant UAE IT operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems administration.
• Experience managing servers, networks, and CCTV systems.
• Proficiency in software and application administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage IT operations independently.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
