IT Project Manager – ICT Core Infrastructure & Security

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ICT core infrastructure, active network components and security projects across enterprise and government environments in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Head of Operations/COO, you will own end‑to‑end delivery, from design and procurement through implementation, testing, compliance and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, govern and execute ICT and security projects, defining scope, milestones, budgets and success criteria.
• Oversee data‑center, cloud, hybrid, network backbone, server, storage and virtualization deployments.
• Manage deployment and integration of active components such as switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers and wireless infrastructure.
• Lead network security, endpoint protection, IAM, privileged access and security‑monitoring initiatives (SIEM/SOC).
• Maintain project artefacts – plans, risk registers, RAID matrices – and control change, scope creep and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience delivering ICT infrastructure and security projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex, secure‑by‑design implementations.
• PMP and ITIL certifications preferred.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards relevant to government and enterprise environments.
