IT Sales Officer

About the role

Element8 is a fast‑moving digital agency in Dubai that builds bold websites, apps and platforms for leading brands in the Middle East. The IT Sales Officer will act as the first human voice for prospects, combine strategic outreach with AI‑driven tools, and turn conversations into signed projects.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound qualified leads and drive inbound growth.
• Lead discovery sessions, shape client requirements and create compelling proposals.
• Run personalised LinkedIn and Apollo outreach campaigns and craft micro‑campaigns using AI tools.
• Generate new demand, open doors to untapped brands and close deals confidently.
• Negotiate win‑win terms, manage the sales journey from first call to contract, and hand off projects to delivery.
• Maintain a clean pipeline, track activities in HubSpot and share accurate forecasts.

Required profile

• Experience selling digital services in an agency environment.
• Comfortable speaking about technology (CMS, APIs, tech stacks) with both technical and marketing stakeholders.
• Consultative listening, assertive closing, and a habit of keeping the CRM tidy.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Goal‑oriented, thrives in ambiguous situations and continuously learns.
