IT Solutions Officer

About the role

The IT Solutions Officer supports the IT Manager in delivering reliable connectivity and technical services for all hotel events and daily operations. Working closely with the Events Manager, this role ensures that IT, telecom and audio‑visual equipment meet the brand’s quality standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the IT Manager in preparing and implementing connectivity specifications for meetings and events.
• Monitor technological developments and propose innovative solutions to enhance event services.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT, telecom and audio‑visual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to guarantee that all technical setups are ready and functional for events.
• Provide on‑site support during events, addressing any technical issues promptly.
• Supervise external technical staff hired for events and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Contribute ideas to increase event revenue through new technological offerings.
