IT Support Coordinator (Hardware Asset Management)

About the role

Instashop is looking for an IT Support Coordinator to manage its hardware inventory and ensure smooth asset distribution across the organization. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams, suppliers and telecom providers, guaranteeing compliance with contracts and efficient hardware provisioning.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed, up‑to‑date inventory of all hardware assets and related licenses.
• Plan, monitor and coordinate the distribution of hardware to end‑users and vendors.
• Interact with suppliers and telecom providers to track asset allocation and ensure contract compliance.
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain hardware before hand‑over to vendors.
• Utilize remote access tools to resolve technical issues quickly.

Required profile

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
