IT Support Engineer (Dubai)

About the role

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a customer‑focused IT Support Engineer to join its technology team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring reliable operation of the company’s technology infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, email systems and access permissions.
• Perform regular software updates, system backups and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or system administration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
