IT Support Engineer (Hybrid, Dubai)

About the role

Singleclic Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its Dubai office. This full‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site assistance with remote support, ensuring internal teams and clients experience reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and other business applications.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, multi‑factor authentication and access requests.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, VPN, email and application issues.
• Handle ITSM ticketing, ensure SLA compliance and document resolutions.
• Deploy hardware, image devices, install software and maintain asset inventories.
• Support meeting rooms, AV systems, video‑conferencing and collaboration tools.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes, knowledge‑base updates and user training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Network troubleshooting, Wi‑Fi and VPN configuration.
• User account management, MFA and access control.
• ITSM ticketing systems.
• Hardware imaging, deployment and asset management.
• AV and video‑conferencing equipment.
