IT Support Engineer

About the role

Noorka Logistics is looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join its technology team in Dubai. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining the IT infrastructure, and ensuring uninterrupted business operations for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network‑related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve IT problems quickly to minimise downtime.
• Monitor network performance, security, and system reliability.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, passwords, and access permissions.
• Perform regular software updates, data backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, licences, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment maintenance and technical support when required.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, antivirus software, cloud services and backup solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
