IT Support Engineer (Level 2) – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Level 2 IT Support Engineer will provide end‑user assistance for both Windows and Mac environments, ensuring that all desktop systems operate smoothly. The role includes onboarding new employees, handling routine help‑desk tickets, and supporting the company’s business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Windows updates, system health checks, and backup verification.
• Troubleshoot desktop issues such as printer problems, driver installations, and basic hardware/software faults.
• Prepare and configure laptops/desktops for new hires, including domain join, Visual Dolphin installation, and shortcut setup.
• Complete new‑user documentation, submit forms for account creation, and assist the IT Manager with Active Directory tasks.
• Configure telephone extensions and support video‑conferencing, CCTV, and other peripheral equipment.
• Maintain asset inventory and perform preventive maintenance according to schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of desktop support experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English to communicate effectively with end users.
• Proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
