IT Support Executive

About the role

The IT Support Executive will ensure smooth IT operations across all locations of the Dubai office. You will provide end‑user support, manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments, and maintain the overall IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and business applications.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles and application deployment.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), MFA, mailboxes and group management.
• Monitor and maintain firewalls, VPN connectivity, web filtering, security policies and network access controls.
• Handle security alerts, incident investigation and collaborate with SOC teams.
• Administer print management systems, printer queues and secure printing.
• Support and monitor VMware vSphere/ESXi environments.
• Perform patch management and vulnerability remediation using Intune and Windows Update for Business.
• Maintain endpoint security tools such as BitLocker, Microsoft Defender and EDR.
• Support Active Directory, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, switches and network troubleshooting.
• Monitor backup jobs, assist disaster recovery and keep IT asset inventory up to date.
• Coordinate with vendors and support regional users, and assist with cybersecurity audits and compliance.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, VMware, firewall administration and endpoint management.
