IT Support Specialist

About the role

Mumzworld is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first line of technical assistance for staff, customers and devices across its Dubai operations. The role blends hands‑on troubleshooting with proactive infrastructure management, ensuring uninterrupted business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely IT assistance, resolve logged incidents and train end‑users on hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and repair PDA devices, laptops, PCs, printers and coordinate escalations with vendors.
• Monitor hardware, software and system performance; apply updates, upgrades and maintain system security.
• Manage firewalls, network printer and Wi‑Fi configurations; support Google Workspace, Outlook and Windows 10 environments.
• Conduct weekly asset audits, document processes and implement IT policies.
• Develop and manage a network of local vendors to minimise procurement costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Technology.
• Proven experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
