IT Systems Administrator – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to own and operate the technology environment that keeps our organisation running smoothly. Based in our Dubai office, you will ensure that identity, access, collaboration tools, endpoints and network infrastructure are secure, reliable and well‑documented.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the core IT environment, including identity and access management, email and collaboration platforms, endpoint management and office networking.
• Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, MFA and access controls for 50+ users.
• Secure and update devices, enforce patching policies and oversee security tooling.
• Support LAN, Wi‑Fi, VLANs and troubleshoot network issues.
• Collaborate with HR to implement joiner‑mover‑leaver processes and ensure timely access provisioning and de‑provisioning.
• Create and maintain clear, documented processes and an accurate IT asset inventory.

Required profile

• 8+ years of IT systems administration experience, with at least 3 years as the primary administrator in a demanding environment such as engineering or defence.
• Proven ability to manage Active Directory or Entra ID, including RBAC, MFA and regular access reviews.
• Strong background administering Microsoft 365 or a comparable cloud productivity suite.
• Hands‑on experience with endpoint management, patching and security tools.
• Solid knowledge of LAN, Wi‑Fi, VLAN configuration and network troubleshooting.
