Joinery Manufacturing Manager – Luxury Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Manufacturing Manager to lead the factory operations of a premier luxury fit‑out company in the UAE. The role combines hands‑on production oversight with strategic coordination across design, procurement and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the joinery and manufacturing facility.
• Plan, monitor and adjust production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise production supervisors, carpenters, machine operators and craftsmen.
• Oversee all manufacturing stages including CNC machining, assembly, finishing and final quality checks.
• Coordinate closely with project management, procurement, design and site execution teams.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimise workflow and minimise material waste.
• Track material consumption, production costs and overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain safety standards, factory discipline and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in joinery manufacturing, furniture production or bespoke interior fit‑out.
• Strong background in factory production management and manpower planning.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver luxury residential, hospitality or commercial projects.
