Junior Account Executive

About the role

The Camp Accountant – Revenue & Cost Control will manage daily financial operations for Royal Vision Desert Safari Camp in Dubai. This hands‑on, on‑site position ensures accurate recording of revenue, collections, expenses and supplier transactions while supporting the broader finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily bookings from CityLaila, B2B agents, OTAs, direct customers and walk‑ins.
• Match collections (cash, POS, online, bank transfers) against bookings, guest entries, wristbands and meal counts.
• Prepare daily revenue and collection reports by source, agent, payment method and service type.
• Control cashier handovers, investigate cash and POS discrepancies.
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable records, produce ageing and supplier reconciliation statements.
• Verify supplier invoices against approvals, delivery notes and services received.
• Monitor food, beverage and consumable stock movements and calculate food cost per guest.
• Reconcile driver trip sheets, vehicle assignments, fuel and transport expenses.
• Manage petty cash with full supporting documentation.
• Record transactions in Tally Prime or the company’s accounting system.
• Support month‑end closing, bank reconciliation, VAT and corporate tax documentation.
• Ensure all payments and adjustments have proper approval and documentation.

Required profile

• Highly responsible and detail‑oriented individual.
• Comfortable working closely with operations staff, drivers, cashiers and the central finance department.
• Ability to handle large volumes of daily financial data accurately.
