About the role

Puffy, a top‑5 US direct‑to‑consumer mattress brand, is expanding its finance team in Dubai. As a Junior Accountant you will manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, reconciliations and financial reporting across multiple entities, leveraging AI tools to increase speed and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping, journal entries and bank reconciliations for the portfolio.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, preparing financial statements and schedules.
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is audit‑ready.
• Develop and maintain AI‑assisted workflows for reconciliations and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the RGG portfolio to provide timely financial insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to adopt AI tools and improve existing processes.
