Junior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to support daily financial operations for our company based in Dubai. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams and, when required, visiting our dairy farms in Al Ain to verify records and reconcile inventories.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier, customer accounts and general ledger balances.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Support monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.
• Visit dairy farms in Al Ain to support financial activities, verify records and reconcile inventories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
